How to Login to Comcast SMC
Follow these steps to access the Comcast SMC admin panel using the default credentials listed above.
- Make sure your computer or phone is connected to the Comcast SMC network via Wi-Fi or Ethernet cable.
- Open a web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and enter the device IP address into the address bar.

- Locate the Reset button (usually a small pinhole on the back of the device)
- Press and hold the Reset button for 10-15 seconds using a paperclip
